Wow, it seems I’m not the only one with a beef about the lack of rewarding customer loyalty! (see my post from last night here: http:\/\/homesteademporium.wordpress.com\/2011\/12\/07\/the-story-behind-homestead-emporium-coupon-codes\/<\/a>)\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

In my facebook feed just now, I found this link:\u00a0http:\/\/digitallife.today.msnbc.msn.com\/_news\/2011\/12\/07\/9280634-why-paypals-bad-reputation-is-bigger-than-regretsy<\/a><\/p>\n

I especially liked the part where Winchell (founder of regretsy.com<\/a>) was quoted as saying:<\/p>\n

“The days of a company rewarding you for your loyalty are just over,”Winchell wrote in a Regretsy in an update notifying readers of PayPal’s official apology<\/a>. “No one knows how to treat you anymore. No one cares.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

She pretty much summed up everything I tried to say last night, however, she did it much better in less words!<\/p>\n

At Homestead Emporium we’re no strangers to regretsy.com<\/a> (click to view\u00a0one of our posts about regretsy)<\/a><\/em>, we’ve been featured twice, and although I understand regretsy is not exactly everyone’s cup of tea, we choose to see the humor in it all.<\/p>\n
