<\/p>\nShaylah’s puppy Bentley is very cute.<\/p>\n

He seemed to have a very rough go of it the first week with our family.<\/p>\n

I think \u00a0he missed all his siblings and his mama.<\/p>\n

But now he’s settling in very nicely and no longer whines a lot. Which is good because I was about ready to go have him vet checked to see if there were other issues going on!<\/p>\n

We’ve never had a\u00a0whiny\u00a0doggie before, so this was a first for us!<\/p>\n

But the secret to keeping a puppy TRULY happy? Bones. REAL bones. Not fake ones. They especially like big bones, like knuckle bones!<\/p>\n
Chew, chew, chew, it’s what puppies do, do, do!<\/p>\n

Bones will seriously keep your puppy happy for hours a day.<\/p>\n
Being in a small town, I was unable to find bones ANYWHERE though! I\u00a0couldn’t’ believe it! None of the shops do their own butchering, so I had to wait until we could get to the city. Then I was finally able to get Bentley some bones.<\/p>\n

And now, he’s a perfect little angel.<\/p>\n

Well… just about…<\/p>\n
He’s pretty much perfect except he’s a little ‘lazy’.<\/p>\n
This is what he does mid-run, ALL.THE.TIME!<\/p>\n

He simply stops running and tucks in his front legs to be dragged along. You won’t even know it’s happened until you look back, and there he is again.<\/p>\n

And on a totally unrelated topic…<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n I want to know why homeschoolers who wear denim skirts have gotten such a bad rap online over the years? I’ve seen negative comments made in regards to this. lol<\/p>\n I’m a homeschooler, and I wear denim skirts ALL.THE.TIME. I like them! I realized just how much I like them as I was \u00a0unpacking my clothing after this move. I believe I have 5 denim skirts of all sorts of shapes.<\/p>\n I also like my cute boots, and think I wear them together well.<\/p>\n So :p to those who ‘boo’ denim. It’s here to stay. In my world anyways. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n And if the reference was only to denim ‘jumpers’, then boo to that too.
