With September fast approaching, I’ve been thinking lots on school and our days.<\/p>\n

Some school days go very smoothly.<\/p>\n

Usually this happens is if my son is working and doesn’t need any help with his own school work, and my eldest daughter doesn’t need to be driven to work in the middle of our school work.
\nThen I only have three kids. It seems weird some days. I’m getting more accustomed to it though.<\/p>\n

Some days we actually finish school by 10:30, well the seat work part anyways.<\/p>\n

Some days I print out some pretty coloring pages for our art work.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

We love color around here. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

For some extra fun we might read a book about trees and then the younger three go hunting for some of the trees they spoke about in the book.<\/p>\n

The girls might finish off the school day with some reading.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

For those of you who are into Charlotte Mason, yes, I fully realise these are ‘twaddle’.;)<\/p>\n

I tried to get a photo of Shaylah, but she wasn’t having any of it. lol<\/p>\n

Often, the afternoons are spent finishing up some custom orders and instock items for the biz while the girls either play together, or help out!<\/p>\n

We’ve got a pretty good routine going. Yet, it only ever seems to go as planned about 2 or 3 days a week. Haven’t quite figured out how to change that yet. Life keeps getting in the way. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
